Made some recipe adjustments, took your advice on resting longer, and finally had two successful batches!

Pandan macarons with coconut buttercream with white chocolate coconut ganache, topped with chocolate drizzle and toasted coconut flakes.

Mango macarons with mango buttercream and passion fruit curd center!

For the mango, I used powdered freeze dried mango…wasn’t the mango punch-in-the-face I wanted, but they’re still yummy!
