Whole pan is around 800kcals, plus I separately cooked 0.5kg of chicken for around 565kcal.
Recipe:
10g ginger
5g chili pepper
6g garlic (3 gloves)
62g onion
– chopped and fried on 6g oil, added 40g soy sauce and 13g teriyaki sause, salt and pepper
Added 2 medium carrots and zucchini noodle (around 450g each), 145g bell pepper, cooked on small heat.
Boiled 100g of udon noodles, after it was ready added to pan with vegetables, mixed, added a little bit more spice and salt to my taste.
And cooked separately 0.5kg of chicken breast stripes on the grill with just salt and pepper.
