2 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp Miso Paste
1 Pack Pure Traditions Coconut Noodles (or low carb noodle of choice)
1/2 tsp Togarashi Spice
1 Sheet Nori
1/2 oz Pea Shoots
2 oz Leftover Pulled Pork (or protein of choice)
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  1. Mix Miso, Broth, Soysauce in bowl
  2. Place noodles and meat on top
  3. Microwave 3 minutes
  4. Garnish with nori (chopped), pea shoots, Togarashi spice

    Would be good with any meat, egg, mix up the veg (bok choy, green onions etc.) I just used what I had on hand =)
