Two different set ups for the week, each accompanied by bagged salad with tomato and cucumber. I realized I way over portioned and each container works out to a lunch and a dinner for me when served with a salad. I work nights, so I eat around noon and midnight so having something easy with no dishes that isn't take out is mainly what I'm going for.

Center cut porkchop marinated in garlic/herb/white wine, roasted green beans with garlic and onion, pan fried potatoes sauced with pan sauce from deglazing the pan after cooking the pork chops and white wine rice vinegar

Spaghetti, frozen beef and pork Italian style meatballs, roasted zucchini chunks with onion. Cut the zucchini super thick so it would hold up nicely for roasting and reheating
