I made Asia style beef skewers and Caribbean jerk chicken for the fellow campers.

11 kg of meat and everything was eaten!

    I like the cooking surface. I prefer to put all the same item on a kabob. That way I can control cook temps of each item, and not burning a tomato to cook a piece of chicken or steak longer.
