I love the video where you left in the real-life part of a family member being hungry. Some YouTubers would edit around it I like the real-life feel of your channel! By the way, I don't have a Kamado-style grill or cooker I have a pellet grill, an Asado-style grill, and a regular $100 BBQ grill with a lid. . but I come to watch every video you make when they come out ASAP I really enjoy hem.
I tried something different to I did a hanging tomahawk ribeye in KG Big Joe series 3 and it was great. You would like it in Kamado Kamado. How I prepped it was dry brine in spg and drill a whole in top of bone and put a meat hook in and cooked till 125f after the carry over it was 142f. What hung it with is a Pit Boss 6-inch Meat Hook from the top of the control tower top, but you can use rack for hanging Kamado Kamado. I did tighten steak to with butchers twine and basted it with herb infused tallow.
What was your dome temp for this cook?
