    I travel out to Cedar Rapids for work occasionally, and I was impressed with the meat-free options everywhere I went. I live in an area with bountiful vegan/veggie options, and always worry about what I’ll have to choose from when I travel, but Iowa is surprisingly great. I think my least favorite place for diverse food was rural South Carolina. I pretty much ate every meal at my friend’s home due to lack of viable nearby options.

    Love a vegan who’s intellectually honest enough to get half their food in single use Styrofoam.

    edit: I get it, institutional change is required, just making a wry observation
