I’d like to make a chicken and rice bibimbap type thing. Do I use this Gochujang straight out of the bottle? Anyone have any good simple recipes that use this particular gochujang? Thanks. Sorry for the dumb questions. 🙂

Not a dumb question! You can just use gochujang and some sesame oil if you want simple. I doctor my gochujang by adding some vinegar, honey, garlic, and sesame oil/seeds. Sometimes when I’m lazy, just the gochujang and sesame oil.

I second not a dumb question, there are so many things you can do with gochujang, you won’t know what to do. Sesame oil and gochujang are great. Fry gochujang in sesame oil, Fry garlic paste add gochujang add soy. The list goes on, it can be as simple or complex as you want

You must have to squeeze that bottle pretty hard. The stuff in the box is pretty thick.
