Risotto: Arborio Rice (rinse well), Chicken Stock (make your own, no salt), Mushrooms (your choice), Olive Oil, Unsalted Butter, White Wine.
Cook 20 minutes.
Beef Ribs: Cayenne Pepper, White Pepper, Safflower Oil, Spring Water, Old Vine Red Zinfandel. Roast in Oven, 375 degrees, 15 minutes.
Salad: Spinach, Olive Oil, Lime, Stilton Cheese, Anjou Pear, Red Bell Pepper.

Risotto is a wonderful dish, and the way Chef prepares it, is fantastic….half bottle of wine! and YES, rinse your rice^
