Went to Osaka a while ago and had this amazing Ramen but don't know what kind it is. Trying to recreate or find it. Had thick noodles (guessing udon) and no broth but little like add on oil bottles on the side

No broth ramen is called Mazemen. This one looks great.

I think this type of brothless ramen is called Mazesoba

Brothless ramen goes by a few different names – abura soba, mazemen, mazesoba. If you’re in the US, there is a Japanese chain specializing in this style that has been opening locations in a lot of cities: [https://www.kajikenus.com/locations](https://www.kajikenus.com/locations)

Super thick noodles. I’d call them tsukemen or mazesoba.

The bowl says 麺のカミの so I’m guessing it’s from this place. The menu says ローストビーフ油そば roast beef Abura soba
This dish is called Men-no kamino
