Risotto con zucchini e fiori di zucca

This risotto turned out so well. I have zucchini blossoms and zucchini throughout the risotto, with a fried blossom and some zucchini ‘petals’ on top. For the ‘mantecare’ I used half butter and half goat cheese. Finished with some fresh parmigiano and toasted pine nuts.
