    I’m not optimistic for a good outcome here. Pork hates direct heat.

    Ive tried pulled pork rotisserie. Wasn’t impressed. But a butterfly & stuffed pork loin does good

    I’m a Carolina boy and my gpa, uncles, dad, and cousins would roast me. I’m very interested in this outcome. I’m guessing it will be more of a sliced pork rather than pulled.. but will be delicious. Keep us updated my friend.
