I always notice how you comment after a grocery pick up haul substitution "and that is fine" Substitutions would drive me crazy! Bad memory: During Covid, my Kroger delivery substituted white wine for red wine?! Seriously?! I think I drank it though, because that's what we did during Covid! Your menu plan sounds great!
