

I'm not sharing any this time! 😃 we got a new candle the other day and it smells like a choc caramel cake… I think unconsciously the candle made me do it…
Keto choc chip cookie dough fat bombs (I pressed mine into a glass baking like a flat sheet– like bark and melted the remaining chips and spread over the top layer)
I swapped the cream cheese with dairy free cream cheese from Kite Hill- incredible ðŸ˜ðŸ«
(My roommate drizzled honey on top of my creation before asking 💔 they didn't realize I was aiming for keto. So close 🙈🙄)
Ingredients
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
2 Oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup monk fruit sweetmer
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Directions:
Add all ingredients including the keto chocolate chips to a small bowl.
Mix until combined.
Roll into 1 inch sized balls (about the size of a small golf ball) and place on a parchment lined tray.
You can also use a cookie scoop to portion out your dough.
Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until hardened.
If you try these – what do you think?! I think they taste exactly like cookie dough!
