I’ve done chili that way, but hadn’t tried red beans and rice. I’ll have to give it a shot, if it’s as much of an improvement as the chili is, it’ll be great.
How would this benefit on the kj instead of a stovetop

Nice. I make mine in the instant pot and I’m sure it’s nowhere near as good as that
