Chunks of watermelon (measure with your heart), 2 sliced mini cucumbers, fresh chopped mint and two tablespoons of feta cheese. This is a 12 inch dinner plate, it’s a lot of food. Whole thing is around 240 calories (depends how crazy you get with the watermelon. It’s the only thing that gets me through my 2pm slump.
