Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Dressing:

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 1 tsp anchovy paste
• ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
• ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ cup Parmigiano-Reggiano

For the Grilled Chicken:

• 1 lb chicken thighs
• ½ packet taco seasoning
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp lemon juice

For the Assembly:

• Romaine lettuce, chopped (remove the core)
• Tortillas
• Croutons
• Additional Parmigiano-Reggiano for topping

Instructions:

For the Dressing:

1. In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the cheese.
2. Once well combined, add the Parmigiano-Reggiano.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
4. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.

For the Grilled Chicken:

1. Cut the chicken into thin slices.
2. In a bowl, combine the taco seasoning, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Add the chicken and mix until well coated.
3. Cover and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
4. Grill the chicken until fully cooked.

To Assemble the Wrap:

1. Toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the dressing and additional Parmigiano-Reggiano.
2. On a tortilla, layer the dressed lettuce, grilled chicken, and croutons.
3. Wrap the tortilla like a burrito.
4. Grill the wrap until golden and crispy.
