Is this a good quality pasta brand for its price range? If not any better ones in Germany?

Very difficult to have better pasta than felicetti. Not cheap tough!

Felicetti is indeed excellent but these are the reasons, tiered in order of importance, why you can tell this pasta is going to be good even trying it. You can use this to evaluate pasta in general when shopping.

    **1. Prerequisite for good pasta:**
    *”trafila al bronzo”* (bronze dye)

**2. Great to have and usually indicates that it is a quality brand:**
*”semola di grano duro 100% italiano”* (100% italian hard grain wheat)

    **3. Nice to have:**
    “*bio*” (organic)

**….128. Never thought I cared about this life but now I want it/italian marketing doing its thang:**
*”acqua pure di sorgente dalle nostre dolomiti”* (exclusively made using Dolomites spring water)

Curios. I’m now in Predazzo where it is made.

I can say that is a very high quality pasta with a very high price. Even here.

I would not use it every day.

  4. i really like felicetti, the only commonly available ones i like better are la molisana
