I just got a Kamado Joe Classic I still in crate from Walmart for $500 can ($350 USD) after my initial break in burn yesterday today is my inaugural ribfest burn turned out great. I didn’t use any smoking wood as I’m just getting use to the setting and didn’t want to add anymore variables than necessary.
