Found on tiktok & was pleasantly surprised to find it's keto friendly! This could be a side dish, snack, or a main dish. The carbs listed are based off the tracking app I use which is Carb Manager.

Recipe:
1 cup of cucumber – 2g carbs
2 tbsps of chive cream cheese – 2g carbs
2 tbsps of red onion – 2g carbs
2 tbsps of capers – 1g carbs
Total carbs: 7g

I added garlic powder & poppy seeds as well. If I had sesame seeds I would've added them too! Add salt & pepper to taste. Shake in a closed container or mix well until the "dressing" has no clumps.
