First ever Hot Sauce (Serranos based)

    I used about 15 Serranos or so (and a couple of Jalapenos I had been able to harvest, they haven’t grown well for me) and mixed in some vinegar, lime juice, onion and a bit of garlic and cilantro. Then decided to add half a tomato to liquify it a bit more. The overall Serrano content is probably 85%…

    I realize my heat acceptance needs work, this one is quite at the upper limit of what I can take… But I’m proud! Six months ago I started with a pack of seeds! Never grew anything in my life before… Looking forward to Season 2 of my peppers adventure and taking things up a notch on the Scoville scale!

    Should consider using xantham gum so your ingredients won’t separate. Especially if they aren’t finely blended like yours
