Trying to break the habit of going out for lunch. Have had this pasta for dinner and enjoyed the leftovers, so I made a larger batch for the wife and I to have for lunches this week.
Pretty easy recipe: oil and a couple minced carrots in a pan for about 5 minutes, then ground beef and Italian spices, after meat has browned, mix in marinara sauce and simmer for a few minutes. Add small amount of cream cheese to mixture. Finish with your cooked pasta.
*my wife doesn’t love spice too much, so no red pepper flake this time.

looks delicious. do you have measurements (or approximations of such) for the recipe?
One thing I would recommend is keep a little extra tomato sauce on the side from your prep so you can put it on when reheating so it doesn’t get too dry after heating up!!!
Like don’t noodles get soggy as leftovers?
First: looks delicious. Second: had me at hello. Third: I’d eat this every day of the week. For real though I love me some pasta. I can’t meal prep it though or else I’d blow up like a whale haha
