I LOVE to bake and being healthier means being more mindful about what I bake as well. I've been looking for a good brownie recipe lately, and I think I've found a winner! They're very fudgy and the way I cut them, each brownie (without chocolate chips) comes in at around 91 calories.

Recipe here. I used 72% dark chocolate, nonfat plain Greek yogurt (but added 1/2 tsp vanilla extract), regular white sugar, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I also didn't use chocolate chips inside the batter. Instead, I sprinkled half the pan with regular chocolate chips for my partner who isn't trying to lose weight. Brownies have been approved by both of us and are honestly great! If you wanna go all-out, these would go so well with some Halo Top vanilla ice cream.
