    I don’t count salad calories or spices sorry! And I don’t use oil in my cooking. Every day varies depending on tuna flavour.

  2. Well done and godspeed on your journey for success! One thing you should note, however, is that tuna by its nature possess quite a significant amount of mercury within their meat. While eating them is most definitely healthy, doing so on the daily for a prolonged period of time might not be good for your overall health. Alternatively, you could get sardine or chicken as viable substitute.
