I figured you folks would understand my disappointment
Just picked this up from the store. I should have translated it and looked at the nutrition info. It actually says 25 calories per 100g of konjac flour. 🙁
Not saying it is something to keep buying, but I am seriously curious of how much the oil pack weighs. Cause for 847 to be correct? It would have to be in the ballpark of 100 gram/1dl.

I can read Chinese if you wanna post a picture of the original nutrition label and ingredients list. 25kcal sounds right for konjac but I’m really curious where the other 295kcal (per 100g) is coming from xD

That’s more than 3 teaspoons of salt. Something seems… Off. 👀

I think if you move the decimal one place to the left it’s probably the accurate info. In my experience, mistakes on translated labels are often misplaced decimal points

I found a website selling it outside of Canada, and they have their own nutritional facts.

69kcal per 100g, so ~183kcal for the whole 265g packet.
It looks like the translated nutritional facts translated kJ into kcals or something like that.
Looking at another flavor of Konjak noodles, it seems to be more realistic than the 847kcal on the packet:

That’s almost 4 days’ worth of sodium!
i’m so sorry!!!
