This one was delicious. My wife and I ended up having all 4 servings lol. I also realized I have been using the wrong noodles for some time now which made the dishes more sticky than crispy. We added some leftovers of ‘the mix’ into this as well for a little protein. 9/10 would make it again.

Cantonese style are the serious best noodle and it’s sad that very few Chinese restaurants serve them.
These look like the best damn spy noodles I’ve ever seen.
