I LOVED this, but I also added a lot to it. I boiled the (cut) potatoes for about fifteen minutes before I put them in the foil. I also added about a half a teaspoon of Tony's Creole seasoning, a dash of (not smoked) paprika, a whole lot of black pepper, and of course, sliced kielbasa sausage. This was way easier than doing a classic seafood boil, so I have to give them points for making it easy. I don't have a grading system. I am a degenerate. I rate it "pretty dang good".

I‘m curious if you grilled it or cooked it in the oven and if the latter, how long?

Had this last week and we loved it! I thought it was gonna be too much food (with the salad). Used the oven and baked it for prob 24min.

i followed the instructions exactly other than adding some extra garlic and onion powder and more old bay, and they were AMAZING. perfect grill meal. we didn’t have power from the storm in the NE so it was nice to still be able to have a home cooked meal.
