Okay guys, this is massive bowl of oatmeal, first time posting so I figured I’d share my go-to.

I used two of those individual oatmeal packets, but made sure to strain under water to rise off all of the sugar. Used 1/2 cup of almond milk to microwave the oatmeal for 2 minutes, and the other 1/2 cup to hydrate the chia seeds. Mixed together after the oatmeal was done, added 3/4th cup of Nonfat Greek yogurt, and stevia powder to sweeten it.

Topped off with blueberries, ground flax seed, and 85% dark chocolate shavings. This is gonna keep me full until dinner at 8pm tonight.
