I know it’s hard for you to release new videos every week because of how busy you are at the moment but know that we appreciate your effort. You have a great channel that will keep growing👍
Loved this video! It too reminded me of my grandmother's and how she would can peaches, strawberries and other jams in the late summer. My grandfather would make home made vanilla ice cream, and at times we put the preserves on top! It was divine! I love your channel and please keep it going, your videos are relaxing and beautiful!
Dear Lika, thank you for yet another wonderful video! I wanted to share my own jam recipe with you, in case it somehow inspires you for your future cooking endeavours. It is a sugar free alternative method, where I initially cook my chosen fruit lightly at low heat until it softens and once the cooked fruit completely cools down, I add raw honey and chia seeds for a thicker consistency as well as for their healthy omega 3 fatty acids and stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed. After an hour or so and once the chia seeds obtain their gel like consistency, it's ready to consume. I keep one jar in the fridge and the remaining jars in the freezer for future use, since I didn't know about the heating/canning process. Thank you for sharing! 💖
Thank you so much for sharing,Lika❤❤
