I posted this on the canned Sardines sub because I am trying to add more sardines to my diet, but it didn't even stand out to me that this is onion centric for others. This is a sardine pupu dish from chef Sheldon Simone and it was unbelievably delicious. I started out thinking 1/4 raw onion per serving was right, ended up doing half. Next time only thing I change is making it the whole onion per tin of sardines.
