Absolutely floored going from my old offset to the Kamado. Not having to touch anything for 12 hours? Wild concept, didn’t believe it. Turned out to be true. I wouldn’t say the quality is any better, definitely like my offset bark / smoke ring better, but the ease really impressed me! Got a good nights rest 😮💨
