
Last week, I got an email that my current subscription has been canceled! I have no idea why they canceled my account! My payment info was up to date, my next delivery was the next day, and I redeemed a couple gift cards the day before.
I lost:
– Free breakfast for life
– My $60 gift card
– $20 HelloFresh Market voucher
I called the customer service telling them that my account was deactivated without my input. And that I lost my voucher, gift cards, and free breakfast. I had to ask for a supervisor until someone finally gave me $80 credit for my trouble. I still didn’t get my $20 voucher and I had to take out the extra items from my order that I selected before my account was deactivated. Then, they told me that I would get an email with a new code for my free breakfast.
Today, I haven’t received it even though they told me that I would get an email today. I called the customer service again and they put me on hold to check my account info. Then…
They hung up! The customer service is open until 11pm EST. I guess the operator was just stalling until they closed. I’m going to call again in the morning, but I’m not very hopeful.
I kept my subscription open for months to keep my free breakfast promotion. And now, somebody at HF decided to cut off my account. I guess they hate people who actually use their service. 😡

UPDATE: I contacted the chat and they reactivated my account and gave me a new free breakfast code!
