I used instant decaf for a late night dessert. Makes you feel SUPER full for almost no calories. I used zero kcal caramel syrup with water and a packet of Stevia for 2x the recipe. Couldn't finish it. Keeping in the freezer in case I want a midnight sneaky snack. Recipe from an account on insta I ADORE for low calorie inspiration (see screenshot).
