OP I think you’re over complicating this. Just add water to the amount you normally would in the mug (assuming it’s a normal mug and not some giant bowl with a handle attached). More water will water if down of course.

Did you taste it after making it? What did you think?
It is right. A smidge under 1/3 cup of water. Instant coffee mix is 100cc of water, less than a 1/2 cup. Think these instant drink mixes are designed for the common small disposable cups in use in Korea, 4-5 oz.

Yes, they have tiny paper cups for coffee.

Yes, in Korean they don’t drink giant bowls of coffee like in the west. They literally use time paper cups. Just double up on packets. Do whatever makes you happy.

I have a stick like this for coffee and I need to use two and still can not do a full cup of water or it is too watered down. My husband when he introduced them to me told me how they are not meant to be “American cup sizes.”

Omg, I poured it to a Starbucks Venti mug. No wonder it did not even have any color.

Wait until you discover Jeju’s Osulloc Tea plantation’s premade teabags. They only take 130ml per teabag-add much more and it’s just scented water in your cup
But omg I’ve never had better tea when it’s made well. Never in my life and I’m obsessed. Last time I went from Korea to America I took $350 worth 🥲

it is right

I was using two packets for roughly 8 oz of water, maybe 10 if I wanted to water it down a bit.

I recently was gifted a Kashmiri Chai packet and was stunned it only required 100ml of water.

But serving sizes abroad are much smaller.
