I got the beef instead of the pork. The picked shallots/cucumbers is always top-top, the tortillas were gyozas? It’s different, it’s delicious I love it. Glad they added it to the menu, keep ‘em’ coming!

    I made this tonight and this was the first time I made tacos this way (smashed and cooking them upside down) so it was a little hard. But it was fairly good and very filling

    Just had these tonight. They were awesome and indeed taste like gyoza!

    I’m curious how many per folks were able to fit in the pan at a time. The recipe said two, but none of mine could fit that; we just threw them all on our Blackstone at once. I’d still be cooking otherwise.
