Looks great. Like u/xenoryet said above, pork and chicken are great – 140 pork is awesome and a bit lower as you get the feel for it. Don’t have any real suggestions for workday cooks. Most of ours are 2-4 hours or 24-36 hour plus.

honestly looks pretty good, i mightve seared it a bit more or a bit more salt/pepper/butter to get a more even crust but it looks good, i think a cross section looksnice potatoes look pleasnt
