Toss the potatoes and sprouts in olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne, paprika, and whatever else you like. I used the same seasoning on the boneless skinless chicken thighs. Then I just convection roasted at 375°F for 45 minutes. Or you can just bake at 400°F for about an hour. I sliced the Brussel sprouts in half and placed them all cut-side down on the roasting pan.
