until now i still don’t understand why josie ever competed. on the very slim chance she won, what was she planning to do? just have her staff taste the dishes with animal ingredients in them for the rest of her career and trust them the food’s good? what if they judged wrong, does she never take accountability as the head chef??? it’s just absurd. at least emily still tastes her cooking
