Hey guys! Parish Barbecue, the Texas bbq/cajun concept from Interstellar BBQ GM Holden Fulco is having our 6th pop up tonight at the Golden Goose from 6-9 pm or sold out. Tonights Menu is:
Creole Mustard Glazed Ham
Smoked Duck Boudin
Smoked Vegetable Boudin (mushroom, red beans, black eyed peas, sweet potato, and eggplant with rice, dark roux and all the typical boudin veggies)
Any plate you purchase is served with voodoo mac and cheese and pickled okra succotash salad.
We also will have a limited amount of homemade fried pistolette rolls tonight served with tabasco honey butter.
