    * Cheese Flavor: Mild and neutral tasting
    * Meltiness: No melt and slightly softened
    * Overall: 5/10 Not terrible, I actually kinda like the taste. In a strange way it tasted like egg before egg tastes like egg. It was on my list to try so I had to knock it out
    * 10 days left!!!

Probably the saddest grilled cheese we’ve seen of the bunch.

Paneer is so excellent in curry but so disappointingly neutral on its own. RIP paneer grilled cheese.

Paneer doesn’t melt, you can’t treat it like a cheese. If you want it in a sandwich, you can grill paneer or deep fry it like a bhaji and put it in the sandwich like a patty almost.

Is paneer cheese? Coz in india we eat a lot of paneer in different types of curry because it won’t melt at all. And we differentiate between paneer sandwich and cheese sandwich. So, I am confused. If it is cheese, then dang, I had no idea at all.

A cool thing you can do with paneer and Haloumi is grill the cheese before you grill the bread

You gotta at least add some oregano man

    Oooh!

    Paneer cheese!

Great on Indian food, never thought about it being used on a grilled cheese, but here we go:

“*Sach’s Original paneer is keto-friendly, gluten-free, and made with sustainably sourced organic milk that come from small humane certified farms.*

*It is soft, crumbly, and melts in your mouth. With a very neutral taste, our original paneer is created for consumers, including kids, to just snack on.*

*In addition to snacking, we also love using our paneer to cook traditional Indian dishes like Saag Paneer or simply sautéing it with some veggies.*

*Our paneer sears fairly quickly and makes for a quick and delicious weeknight meal. It’s also great on the air fryer.*

*Add to your favorite Indian dishes like Saag Paneer (or even Saag Paneer Naan Pizza!)*

*Stir fry with crispy veggies or add it to your favorite sauce for added protein*

*Pan fry in a bit of ghee before tossing onto your favorite salad bowl.*

*Air-fry or roast until crisp with a slightly sweet maple-olive oil dressing*

*Lightly marinate with garlic and lemon juice and place it on a grill*”

The grilling one sounds good, actually — probably the best way to make it a grilled cheese. Grill it separately, put it in the bread afterwards, & toast jointly.
