Just kinda threw rhis together while i was looking for food. It is made from chicken breasts cooked with paprica, cumin, garlic salt, pepper, chili flakes, peri-peri hot sause all combined and cooked until golden. An onion sautéed then green onion and 2 Serrano peppers, and 4 roma tomatos added. Some white long grain rice. Then i combined the chicken with some low fat cream cheese, 1% milk, and reduced fat sharp cheddar and mixed until I had a creamy cheese sause. Add rice and onions to chicken, mix and coat everything then throw in a low carb tortilla and grill to seal the burrito.
