1. 9am: Plant protein powder, unsweetened soy milk, instant coffee, and a simply bar (350cal, 40g protein)
  2. 9:30am: Chimes mango ginger chew : D had two today. 30cal
    3: 12pm: Green tea cucumber mint drink with sugar (30cal), cherries (50cal), carrot(10cal), and a hummus/ajvar sandwich with some tomato, lettuce, cucumber, pea shoots.(250cal, 10g protein)
  3. 1pm: bubblegum lol (25cal)
  4. 4pm: homemade borscht with beets, carrot, cabbage, onion, celery, some lentils. (150cal, 10g protein)
  5. 6pm: apple cinnamon rice cake with keto blackberry jam and a sprinkle of hemp seeds (70cal)
    7: 9pm: chef woo ramen. Added a frozen spinach cube and 2 mushrooms. (330cal, 20g protein).
    8: 10pm: nectarine (70cal)

I did not weigh anything today, so please take with a… dash of salt.
