I buy peppers at the local Mexican market and make pepper blends. I have been blending peppers for a while but just started doing this. This is chile arbol and California chilis.

    Yes! Every 6 months or so I make a big batch of my own chili powder. I deseed and toast the chilies first.

    Yes regularly! And also add turmeric and black paper to make it goat

    I did once with my wife’s coffee grinder, haven’t done it a second time. Makes for a spicy coffee in the morning.
