I made these snack boxes for myself during maternity leave! It’s great because I can grab them with one hand and eat them while feeding the baby. You can change up the contents each week to keep it fresh! These have cucumbers, deli chicken, Keebler crackers, and protein balls (recipe in comments).

    Good on you for preparing ahead to take good care of yourself! I’m trying to gain weight and those protein balls look great. May give them a try!
