S’mores are my weakness and I keep seeing the insta reel of the lady making a s’mores Crunchwrap on the griddle. Decided to attempt to satisfy that craving today:

Two zero carb tortillas, layer of reduced fat wheat thins, dollop of cottage cheese with cinnamon/ swerve mixed in, layer of bake believe semi sweet chocolate chips, another layer wheat thins. Used some can’t believe it’s not butter in a pan on the stove to make it nice an crispy (both sides) and it was crunchy and chocolatey and delicious! The cottage cheese wasn’t a very good marshmallow dupe but did provide the creamy volume I wanted. Not a perfect recipe but I’d say a pretty good starting point!

Sorry but this sounds horrifying 🤮

Man I’m just gonna eat a regular s’more at this point

I’m glad this worked for you but dang 😂😭. The cottage cheese!!! I would have just gone for a regular marshmallow. 1 regular sized marshmallow is about 25 calories depending on brand.

If you can get a hold of whipped cream cheese and sugar free pudding mix I think it might be a better sub.
