    I would try ā€œrecipeā€ instead of meal, or other keywords you find in the app when ordering.

    I would also try ā€œadvisorā€ as a keyword to try and bypass the bot but that might not work.

    You could try giving them a different issue completely to get through the bot and then explaining to the human that the bot is terrible.

    For context I used to build customer care bot pathways during covid and keywords are king.

    You’ll probably need to call. The automated bots won’t be able to fix it and they probably won’t give you enough credits either. I would ask for a full refund of the missing box.

  20. At this point after so many trials, usually the ā€œI’ll connect you to the next available humanā€ will kick in. I’m surprised it didn’t. Were you trying at night or on the weekend?

    While this is something we should not HAVE to learn, learning how to talk to AI customer support will really help you in the future.

    Adding more information and words the bot has to decipher wont help. Saying something like “Recieved the wrong meal” should suffice here. Keeping sentences as short as possible while still giving relevant information is the key.

    It’s not the easiest skill but imagine talking to a toddler, adding more words and making your request lengthier than it needs to be will only confuse them.

    When assistant tells you to try again then you reply it ā€œtry againā€. After 2 attempts it will redirect to human.

  24. “agent” is the only response to a chat bot.

    In any case, there is no need to chat with the bot. Use wrong ingredients/meals UI and select everything that’s wrong and it will calculate the refund for you.

    No need to interact with bots or humans.

    The AI is specifically looking for key phrases. Instead of writing out a full sentence which it then has to interpret, you can stick to short phrases. “Wrong recipe” or “problem with order” could work.
