  1. * Cheese Flavor: Creamy, tangy and a little tart.
    * Meltiness: Simply softened
    * Overall: 7/10 I was really looking forward to this one but I guess it wasn’t as good as I envisioned it to be. It wasn’t terrible, it just tasted like cream cheese mixed with goat cheese.
    * 7 days left!!!

    We need to get this man more cheese types. I don’t want this saga to end.

  4. I can’t believe you’re almost out of cheese! Do you have any stats? Like a spreadsheet with all the ratings ? What’s the top 5? 🧀❤️

    For the curious:

    “*Snøfrisk is a Norwegian goat cheese made by Tine. TINE SA is the largest Norwegian dairy product cooperative consisting of around 15,000 farmers and 5,600 employees.*

    *Snøfrisk is an unripened cream cheese. It has a spreadable consistency. The taste is fresh and sour with a characteristic, but faint, goat taste.*

    *Snøfrisk® was launched during the Winter Olympic Games at Lillehammer in 1994. Snøfrisk means ‘snow-fresh’.*

    *Pure, natural and without any additives made from the pure milk of free-grazing goats and cows, Snøfrisk is one of the finest dairy products in the world.*

    *Snøfrisk is produced in the city of Ørsta, in a small dairy on the Norwegian west coast. The small team works hard to make this cheese without stabilizers and additives; only a pinch of salt underlines the pure taste.*

    *From milking to the finished product, the process takes only two to three days and the result is a wonderfully pure, fresh, slightly spicy and creamy cheese.*”

    The page I got this from was in German, so I’m guessing it’s sold around here. I guess I’ll take a look at it if given the chance — sounds interesting!

    Dunno about making it a grilled cheese. Lol!
