I'm so excited! I have 2 kids. 4yr old and 2yr old.
My husband and I are trying to get them into more whole food. They eat decently well, but they're pixky kids, ya know?
Husband and I are keto. We're not making the kids keto!
But better foods is always a win and they love almond for waffles and bacon and beef etc… Soo throw anything at us.

I'm allergic to coconut in all forms and not a fan of peppers. Otherwise give me your recommendations!
