I found this subreddit and I was inspired to get back into volume eating meal prep. I like sauces but they always kill my calorie and fat goals so I wanted to try something new. I found a recipe online and subbed out the mayo for non-fat Greek yogurt.
2 cup Non-fat Greek yogurt
3.5oz canned chipotle in adobo sauce
1oz (packet) Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
2tbsp Onion powder
3tsp Garlic powder
4tbsp Distilled white vinegar
2tsp sugar (optional)
I added the optional sugar, 15g ISOpure carb free unflavored whey protein, and 2 tsp minced garlic (Spice World bottle)
Blended in my NutriBullet and shook between short blends.
