Mine is probably either the picanha or the flatiron (this is a flatiron I grilled recently)

The Delmonico cut is my favorite, but the picanha is also fantastic…

Hard choice between Ribeye and Tritip.

Skirt steak. It’s simple and extremely flavorful, and you can cook it in about 4 min.

    1) short ribs 2) Rib-eye steak

I agree with you on both, that one looks bomb!

Plate full of Ribeye Caps, y’all can keep the rest.

  7. If I’m at a high end steakhouse filet mignon, at home Hanger. Also love Skirt steak. Short ribs cut thin.

To be honest lately I’ve been into Iberico Pork. You can cook medium rare like a steak, tastes closer to steak than pork anyway. Highly recommend the secreto cut!

Well marbled tenderloin cannot be beat.

Chuck roast, plate ribs, and rib eye.

Hangar if I can find it, otherwise skirt. Love tacos.

If I’m going for a steak though a nice ribeye or strip is fine with me.

  11. Skirt and Strip. (Sounds like a fun night!)

Bavette is the bomb for fajitas. Hard to find but fortunately I have a local ranch butcher store. That is my favorite

There I said it: Filet Mignon, don’t judge, i really like it.

But I also like hanger or skirt, and rib eye if it has less gristle.

Tri tip nice and med med rare is my go to. Then you can go and make French dips sandwiches. We find it the best bang for the buck

Zabuton (Denver) is my current favourite

Flat iron steak is my kind of damage. Grilled over high heat mesquite charcoal and just salt on it.

Tri-tip. Very versatile, can make something subtle and tendor, or grill 20 of them and feed the whole block tacos, nachos, sandwiches, etc.
